Mondays 7.00 – 7.30am Prayer Meeting - in the church. We especially pray for requests on the Prayer Tree.
Wednesdays 9.30—11.00am We are having a summer break after completing the recent module of The Pilgrim Course. We start again on 25th September looking at the Gospel of Mark.
Family Night – having a break for the summer, starting again in September.

Parents are reminded that the Oak Room is available if children become noisy and need ‘time out’. Parents should stay with their children, supervising them at all times on church premises and grounds.

Orsett Show Saturday 7th September
Thurrock Deanery have a display stand with activities for children and adults, all day, at the show. If you can spare some time to help, on the day please tell a minister Soon! We may be able to help with a ticket but they are very limited.
Annual Raffle tickets will be available for collection from the Parish Office on Friday 6th September. If you should require any further in-formation please speak to Lynda Pritchard the organiser.
Breathing Space dates
12 to 2pm on 12th September, 10th October & 14th November. Quiet time for rest and restoration during the busy working day.

Mothers' Union - Our next Mothers' Union meeting is on 4th September at 7.30pm in the Oak room at SSPP. Our speaker is Merrill Knight, the Diocesan Vice Chair who will be sharing her experiences with the Mothers' Un-ion. We will also be making plans for the rest of the year. Visitors welcome.
